About OLBCF

The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation (OLBCF) is a non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization that was established to build on the rich legacy of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus (OLBC).

The Foundation’s goals are:

• To assist OLBC members in functioning collectively as legislators in the Ohio General Assembly in order to maximize representation of their constituents;
• To promote and advocate laws necessary to enhance the quality of life of OLBC constituents;
• To help OLBC function as a referral service for persons requiring assistance from governments and their respective agencies in the State of Ohio; and
• To act as an educational resource for members of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus.
